RED STREET PUBLISHING SIGNS UP AND COMER DAYMON OSBORN

Osborn to join roster alongside Kelley Lovelace and Ryan Griffin

October 9, 2023 – Nashville, TN – Red Street Publishing expands their growing roster with newcomer Daymon Osborn. Originally hailing from Fort Wayne, Indiana, Osborn took a leap of faith after working the Texas oil fields and moved to Music City in 2019 to pursue his dream of being a songwriter. After nearly four years of playing writers rounds and pursuing every co-writing opportunity that came his way, Daymon earned his first-ever publishing deal at Red Street. He shares, “I’m grateful to the whole Red Street family for believing in me. I’m surrounded by a team that knows the industry well. As excited as I am to have signed my first publishing deal, this is only the beginning. I’m ready to get to work.”

Though fairly new to the music community, Daymon has worked with buzz-worthy songwriters like Logan Wall, Jenna LaMaster and Troy Cartwright and just landed his first cut recorded by Tyler Chambers titled, “Loves Me Like A Small Town.” Kelly King, Red Street’s Sr Director of A&R shares, “We couldn’t be more thrilled to have Daymon Osborn signed to Red Street Publishing.  Daymon brings a wealth of ideas, energy and great story telling to each and every song he writes. I can’t wait to see and hear the magic Daymon creates with us on the Street!”

About Daymon Osborn:

Originally hailing from Fort Wayne, Indiana, Daymon Osborn has taken an unconventional route to becoming a songwriter, but one that’s lead him right where he’s meant to be. From a college athlete to a Middle School teacher to working in the Texas oil fields, nothing quite felt right until moving to Nashville in 2019 to pursue his dream of writing songs. Daymon’s love for country music was sparked at a very young age when he picked up his first guitar and began trying to replicate the songs he heard on the radio. This passion has led him to collaborations with some of the most promising writers in Nashville like Logan Wall, Jenna LaMaster and Troy Cartwright and landed him his first cut “Loves Me Like A Small Town” recorded by Tyler Chambers. Osborn signed his debut publishing deal with Jay DeMarcus’ Red Street Publishing in August 2023, joining a roster of seasoned writers Kelley Lovelace and Ryan Griffin.
